JTV streaming FMEcmd Tutorial

How to broadcast on JTV using FMEcmd


1. You need Flash Media Encoder 2.5 for standard and higher core computers and/or limited internet service. http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?vspuk1mjwdehvhc

2. XML file (which in the rar file)

3. JTV account for your stream key http://www.justin.tv/broadcast/adv_other


5. SCDH for PC and emulated games



Step 1: Download and install Flash Media Encoder 2.5

Step 2: Download the FME package at the bottom of the file

Step 3: Extract the FME file on “C:\ “ file

Step 4: Download ansd install SCFH by pressing “install” (install 64 for 64-bit computer)

Step 4: find the file that reads “console.xml” which you will be using for your setting

Step 6: Load Flash Media Encoder after you install it

Step 7: find your stream key on http://www.justin.tv/broadcast/adv_other

Step 8: copy your stream key and paste it under stream on your Flash Media Server

Step 9: set the setting under the setting you want (your video and/or your sound setting…)

Step 10: Save your setting and replace the Console.xml under the same name.

Step 11: turn on your FMEcmd and volia!


NOTE: if you have a dazzle, that works too!

NOTE 2: if your original FME is on Program Files (x86) change your FMEcmd under CD "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Flash Media Encoder 2.5"
start FMEcmd.exe /p c:\fme\console.xml

Again if you have a capture device it will work

Best solution for PC and emulators is SCFH
